| Cafe Zoetrope is owned by the famous Francis Ford Coppola. He directed Godfather, but earlier on in his career he partnered with George Lucas and created a company called America Zoetrope. This was a studio that shot all of George Lucas's pre-Star Wars films (as well as Apocalypse Now, Bram Stoker's Dracula). The studio was in the same building as Cafe Zoetrope. |
